摘要
适应新形势下的军事斗争的需要,新型车载相控阵天线涉及到电子单元更为复杂,与传统意义上的相控阵天线架构相比,其在系统功能、技术创新以及设计灵活性等方面都有很大扩展,这对结构设计提出了新的挑战。文中着重介绍了天线结构总体设计和主要部件的结构设计,重点介绍了主框架、天线阵面等力学、热学方面设计分析等,为类似产品的设计提供参考。
Aiming at the requirements of electronic warfare in the new situation, a novel vehicle-borne phased array antenna with more complicated electronic unit is proposed. Compared with the traditional phased array antenna, the proposed one makes much progress in many aspects, such as system function, technical innovation and design flexibility, etc. , thus giving new challenges to the structural design. This paper describes the overall design of the novel vehicle-borne phased array antenna and structural design of the main parts, focuses on the design analysis of its main frame and antenna array photoetehing slit from mechanics and thermology principles, thus providing reference for the design of similar products.
