microRNA在卵巢和卵巢癌中的表达及功能 被引量:3

摘要 微小 RNA ( miRNA )是一种内源性的非编码小 RNA (18-25个核苷酸),通过降解靶mRNA或抑制其翻译,对基因进行转录后水平的调控。 miRNA参与调控多个生物学过程,有望成为治疗相关疾病的重要靶点。 miRNA在卵巢生理病理过程中发挥着重要的调控作用,其表达的缺失或过表达会显著影响卵巢的生理功能,部分miRNA还作为促癌或抑癌因子参与调控卵巢癌的发生发展过程。现对近年来miRNA在女性卵巢生理过程和卵巢癌中的表达情况及生物功能进行综述。
