建立采访员工作室 提高图书采购质量

Establish Purchasing Studio to Improve Books Purchasing Quality

图书采购由于馆藏建设机制的制约、购书经费不足和购书观念落后等因素,馆藏图书的深度和广度难满足读者需求。广州铁路职业技术学院图书馆通过建立"采访员工作室",开展"新书荐购"、"跟踪调查"、"问卷调查"和"畅销书排行榜"等系列活动,搭建读者参与图书馆馆藏建设平台,以读者需求为调节手段,实现图书采购从静态到动态的运行机制,全面提高图书采购质量。

Due to the restriction of mechanism of library collection construction and the purchasing factors such as lack of funds,acquisition concept backward,the depth and width of the collection books are difficult to meet the demands of readers.The library of Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology constructs platform for readers to participate in the construction of library by means of the establishment of“the purchasing studio”,carrying out“new books recommendation”,“tracking survey”,“questionnaire survey”and “best-seller list”and so on.They adjust by the readers′demands and realize books purchasing from the static to the dynamic operation mechanism.They im-prove the quality of books purchasing.
