冠心病患者血浆Chemerin水平变化与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系

Relationship between plasma chemerin and carotid atherosclerosis in cornary disease

目的探讨Chemerin与冠心病以及Chemerin水平与颈动脉硬化的关系。方法共选入105例冠心病患者及30例正常者,对所有参与者均进行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查,测定颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及斑块性质,并测定Chemerin水平,比较两组之间Chemerin水平及其与IMT的关系。结果冠心病组与正常对照组相比,IMT明显升高[(1.48±0.08)mm:(1.06±0.06)mm,P<0.05],Chemerin水平[(232.25±18.85)pg/L:(196.13±10.58)pg/L,P<0.05]明显升高。Chemerin水平与IMT值呈正相关关系。结论 Chemerin在动脉粥样硬化形成中具有重要作用,且可影响颈动脉结构的变化,导致斑块不稳定。

Objective To investe the relationship between Cornary Disease and the level of Chemerin ,and the relationship be-tween Chemmerin and Carotid Atherosclerosis .Methods Selecting 105 patients with coronary heart disease and 30 normal per-sons .All participants underwent carotid Doppler ultrasound .To measure carotid intima-media thickness （IMT） and plaque na-ture .And determination the leval of Chemerin .Compare the relationship between Chemerin level and IMT of the two groups . Results The IMT value of the Cornary group was siginificantly higher than that of normal group [（1.48 ± 0.08）mm ：（1.06 ± 0.06）mm ,P〈0.05] .The level of Chemerin is also have the same correlation [（232.25 ± 18.85）pg/L ：（196.13 ± 10.58）pg/L , P〈0.05] .However ,there was a positive correlation between the Chemerin level and IMT .Conclusions Chemerin is closely related to atherosclerosis .And it can affect the structure of carotid ,resulting in the unstable plaque .
