摘要
简要介绍了电容式电压互感器(简称CVT)的基本原理及其特点。CVT作为风力发电厂上网关口电能计量装置之一,其误差对电能计量装置整体的准确度有着重要的影响。针对辽宁和内蒙古东部地区风力发电厂CVT普遍存在的错误安装方式导致测量误差超差的问题,进行了详细的理论分析和大量的现场试验。理论与实测数据均证明CVT的错误安装方式将导致其测量误差发生较大的变化,从而使其计量失准,造成风力发电厂与电网之间电费贸易结算的纠纷。
This article brietly describes the basic principles and characteristics of the capacitive voltage transformer (CVT). As CVT is one of the electricity metering devices at gateways in the wind farm, the error of which has great impact on the accuracy of the overall energy metering device. According to general measuring problem of out-of-tolerance error caused by CVT error installation of wind farm in l^iaoning and the eastern part of inner Mongolia region, this paper makes a detailed theoretical analysis and a large number of field test. The theurelical and exprimental data have both proved that CVT error installation would greatly change its measurement error, leading to inaccurate measurement result and cause dispute over electricity billing between wind power plants and power grid.
