根据长期水电工程项目管理经验,结合长甸水电站建设分析机电设备安装特点,对工期计划进行制定和优化,并实施动态控制,通过内、外部协调和科学施工管理,实现预定的发电目标。

The characteristics of electrical and mechanical equipment installation in the construction of Changdian hydropower station are analyzed. Based on the experiences in the project management of hydropower enginnering, the schedule plan is formulated and op- timized. By dynamic control, coordination of internal and external, and scientific construction management, the intended target of power generating is achieved.
