结合巴基斯坦集装箱深水港防波堤工程,介绍了该项目的特点、海外项目管理难点,以及本项目的组织管理模式、管理策划和创新点;着重介绍了设计、施工和商务几个专业交叉融合的多个商务谈判,以及如何通过有效多专业合作模式推动项目进展的案列。
This paper is based on recently completed Marine Protection Works at Pakistan Deep Water Container Port, introduces the characteristics of the project, the difficulties and conclusion in the management of overseas project, as well as its mode of organization and management, management planning and innovation; focusing on the business negotiations by the multi-disciplinary cross induction mode of design, construction, and business aspects, showing how this project achieves satisfactory progress and completion of work through effective multi-disciplinary cooperation mode.
