摘要
水库移民工程中安置点的规划方案一直都是根据专家经验来评判安置点规划的好坏,缺少相应的数据支撑,通过DHGF算法在移民安置点规划设计评价中的应用,为方案的优劣提供了相应的理论依据。在评价的不同阶段采用不同的方法,各种方法取长补短,客观公正的解决了安置点规划设计方案的评价问题。
The advantages and disadvantages of a resettlement planning for construction of a water reservoir have always been evaluated by the experts according to their experiences and no relevant data have been provided to support the judgement. The application of DHGF algorithm in evaluation of a resettlement planning and design has provided the relevant theoretical basis for discrimination between advantages and disadvantages.
