6005A铝合金压缩变形组织分析及动态再结晶模型 被引量:5

Dynamic recrystallization model of 6005A aluminum alloy at elevated temperature based on microstructure analysis of hot compression

摘要 为建立6005A铝合金的塑性变形的再结晶模型,该文采用Gleeble-1500试验机研究6005A铝合金的热压缩行为和微观组织。实验温度为623K、673K、723K、773K,应变速率为0.01s-1、0.1s-1、1s-1、10s-1,压缩量70%。结果表明,变形过程中发生了动态再结晶,应力随温度的升高和应变速率的减小而减小;其真应力出现峰值,利用应力应变和晶粒度等数据拟合6005A铝合金的Yada再结晶模型,并通过FEM仿真验证,表明平均晶粒尺寸和再结晶体积分数实验值与模拟值吻合良好。 In order to establish the dynamic recrystallization model of 6005A aluminum alloy , the isothermal compression tests of 6005A aluminum alloy were carried out on a Gleeble-1500 simulator at the strain rates ranging from 0.01s-1 to 10s-1 ,and the deformation temperatures ranging from 623K to 773K with 70% height reduction of the specimen . The results show that the dy-namic recrystallization occurs during compression tests and the flow stress of the alloy decreases with increasing temperature and decreasing strain rate .The Yada dynamic recrystallization model for 6005A was established by the test data ,and it can describe the recrystallization behavior of the 6005A alloy accurately . The FE prediction results agree with the experimental values in aver-age grain size and volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization .
