地质遗迹是珍贵的地质自然遗产,对地质遗迹信息缺乏统一的组织和管理,公共参与性少,不利于地质遗迹的保护和开发。针对地质遗迹信息管理中的现实需求,以关中城市群地质遗迹为例,设计并实现了基于WebGIS的地质遗迹管理信息系统。该系统的建立实现了地质遗迹信息的统一存储和管理,满足了管理决策和科研业务人员日常工作的需要,并为社会大众提供了一个学习相关科学知识的窗口。

The geological relics are precious natural heritage of geology ,it is not conducive to the protection and de-velopment of geological relics that geological information is lack of unified organization and management and public par -ticipation is less .According to the actual demand in information management of geological relics , geological relics to Guanzhong City Group as an example , the management system of geological information is designed and implemented Based on WebGIS .This system realizes the unified storage and management of geological information ,and meet the needs of management and decision-making and scientific research personnel daily work ,and provides a window to learn related scientific knowledge for the public .
