在智慧城市背景下,如何充分利用各种信息化手段,提高城市规划建设的管理水平,是亟待解决的一个重大问题。通过融合BPM(业务流程管理)、GIS(地理信息系统)、BYOD(移动办公)等信息技术,结合温州经济技术开发区规划管理实际,建设实现图、文、表、管一体化的规划建设审批、成果管理、决策支持的智慧规划平台,为规划建设的智能高效管理奠定基础。

Under the background of smart city , how to utilize informatization method and improve the level of city planning and construction becomes a huge challenge .With the technologies of BMP ,GIS,and BYOD,our smart planning stage combines the planning and management of Wenzhou economic and technological development zone , realizes func-tions of map,text,tables,tube integrated planning and construction approval ,result management and decision support ,and lays the foundation of smart and effective management of city planning .
