基于RIEGL VZ-400及Ladybug3全景相机的移动激光测量系统的研制及应用

Mobile Laser Measurement System Based on Reigl VZ-400 and Ladybug3

广州市城市规划勘测设计研究院与首都师范大学联合研制了华南地区首套"基于RIEGL VZ-400及Ladybug3全景相机的移动激光道路测量系统",系统各项技术指标与国外高端测量型的车载激光系统相当,总成本仅相当于国外高端产品的三分之一,并形成了一系列自主知识产权成果。依托该套移动激光道路测量系统,开展了诸多生产实践,总结出了移动测量系统外业数据采集和内业数据处理的工作机制,形成了包括全景影像与激光点云的精确配准与专题信息提取、全自动快速三维建模及纹理贴附、具备探面快速定位功能的可量测网络版街景展示等一系列示范性成果应用。

Guangzhou Urban Planning Design and Survey Research Institute and Capital Normal University develop the mobile laser measurement system based on REIGL VZ-400 and ladybug3 camera,which is the Pioneer mobie laser measurement system of South China .The equipment performance rival the the most advanced system In today′s world, but the whole hardware costs is only the 1/3 of other systems with the same level .During the development of this system , we Achieved a series of Intellectual property rights .Based on the system ,we carried out some production practices and generalized work Experience of data collection and processing ,forming a series of good application ,such as the registra-tion of laser point cloud and Panoramic Images ,thematic information extraction ,automatic quick three-dimensional mod-eling and texture attached ,street view images Webcast ,ect.
