摘要
目的建立187种药物的数据(含二级谱图)库,以对未知样品进行快速筛选和确认。方法优化一种Q-TOF LC/MS分析条件,将187种药物分别依次进行Q-TOF LC/MS-MS一、二级谱图分析,利用PCDL软件建立数据库(含二级谱图),快速筛选样品中是否含有187种目标物,然后可对目标物进行二级质谱检测;实验了血样中20种药物不同浓度(100ng/mL、500ng/mL)的添加实验。结果阳性识别率在85%以上。结论该方法简便灵敏、快速实用,能减少检测时间和提高工作效率。
In this study, a mass spectra library of 187 drugs was build and QTOF LC/MS method for screening and identif- ying drugs was established. With this library and method, we analyzed 20 blood samples each of them contained one kind of drugs; the positive rate was 85%. The results proved the method is sensitive and rapid for screening and identifying of drugs.
