宝钢 1 42 0冷轧酸轧机组投产以来 ,一直存在钢卷车卸卷不良的问题 ,严重影响了正常生产。通过多次试验 ,排除了液压系统各元件本身的问题 ,确定钢卷车卸卷时下降过大是由于液压系统的弹性变形引起的 ,并通过测量钢卷车系统的弹性模量验证了钢卷车下降的原因。采取了改变减压阀设定值的解决方案 ,使钢卷车卸卷故障得到了彻底解决。

There always has been a problem of fault unloading of coil car since 1420 CDCM at Bao steel was put into production in 1997,which affected normal production greatly.Through a lot of tests,the result shows that too big descending range is caused by the elastic deformation of the hydraulic system,so the problems of every component of the hydraulic system can be ruled out,which has been proved by measuring the elastic modulus of the coil car system.The problem of unloading fault can be solved by changing the setting value of the pressuse release valve.
