The paper analyzes the reasons of oxide - scale exfoliation in the supercritical and super - supereritical units, then discusses the factors and harmfulness of the Oxide - scale exfoliation. At the meantime, the paper offers some operation proposes to restrain the oxide -scale exfoliation.
