摘要
本文介绍了热电联产机组工程中厂区供热蒸汽管道在设计上的两项新探索,厂区蒸汽管道通过采用综合管架加无推力旋转补偿器的敷设方案,并通过隔热支吊架的设置可以满足电厂设计可靠、美观、经济、节能的要求,对于类似厂区热网设计项目具有一定的参考价值。
This paper introduces two new designs of plant - site steam heating pipe in the combined heat and power generation units. One design is to slove stress problem of pipes which are put above the composite pipe rack through YTXZ expansion joint. The other design is to deduce the heat loss through the application of insulation supports and hangers. The two designs can make the plant more reliable, beautiful, economic and energy - saving. The design can give an example of similar project of other plants.
