摘要
以一大型炼化企业电网为例,采用基于时域的动态仿真分析方法,模拟了严重故障下企业电网孤岛运行全过程,校核了现有企业电网低频减载措施与电动机低压保护定值间的配合情况,分析得出大型工业电网在孤岛运行时低频减载措施与马达低压保护配置间及SVC配合上普遍存在的问题,提出了低频减载措施与电动机低压保护协调配合策略。经过仿真验证,在确保企业电网安全稳定运行的基础上,损失负荷代价最小。
Taking a large petrochemical enterprise grid for example, based on the time-domain dynamic simulation a- nalysis method to simulate the whole island operation process due to the serious fault, the existing problems between low frequency load shedding and the low voltage trip of motors and SVC are concluded. The coordination method is pro- posed. And through simulations, the least total loss of load is reached making sure the island operation of the enterprise stable.
