摘要
在节约能源和环境保护的国际大环境下,可再生能源发电如风电近年来得到了快速发展。间歇性可再生能源发电的快速发展为电力系统鲁棒/灵活规划与安全运行、电力市场的设计与运营带来了新的挑战。在过去的10多年间,就间歇性可再生能源发电并网后如何参与电力市场运营问题国内外已经做了一些研究工作,特别是其电价形成机制和竞价策略。在上述背景下,首先概述了可再生能源发电参与电力市场的发展过程,之后综述了国内外在可再生能源发电电价形成机制和竞价策略方面的研究成果。最后,基于相关的研究文献,分析了可再生能源发电参与电力市场运营时对市场电价的影响。
Renewable energy generation such as wind power is increasingly popular in the global trend of energy saving and environmental protection. Much research work on renewable energy generation has been carried out in the past dec- ade, espeeially on the prieing mechanisms and bidding strategies associated with the integration/participation of renew- able energy generation in the power system/electricity market concerned. Given this background, a brief overview of the state-of-the-art on the participation of renewable energy generation in an electricity market is firstly made, and then the pricing mechanisms formation and bidding strategies of this kind of generation presented. Finally, the impacts of re- newable energy generation on the electricity market price are examined, based on the research outcomes of some exist- ing literature.
