环境胁迫因子对杀虫真菌蜡蚧轮枝菌VL18的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用孢子萌发法和菌丝生长速率法考察高温、紫外线、农用化学品和盐胁迫因子对杀虫真菌蜡蚧轮枝菌VL18的影响。结果表明:高温胁迫对蜡蚧轮枝菌的孢子萌发有不同程度的抑制作用,32℃对孢子萌发几乎无影响,48℃胁迫60 min,抑制率达86.6%。紫外线照射抑制了孢子萌发,波长为254nm的紫外线抑制作用强于365nm。供试的农用化学品中,杀菌剂对菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,其次是杀虫剂,叶面肥几乎无作用。盐胁迫对VL18菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有抑制作用,且对孢子萌发的抑制作用大于菌丝生长,在NaCl浓度为0.25mol·L-1时菌丝生长抑制率和孢子萌发抑制率分别为35.09%和59.82%。 The effect of high temperature, ultraviolet radiation, agrochemicals and NaCl on the entomophagous fungus Verticillium lecanii VL18 was studied with spores germination method and mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that high temperature inhibited spores germination of VL18 at different degrees. There was almost not effect at 32℃, but after treated for 60 minutes at 48℃ the inhibition rate of spores germination was 86.6%. The ultraviolet radiation suppressed the spores germination, moreover the inhibitory action of 254nm was bigger than that of 365nm. Among tested 9 agrochemicals the inhibitory action of fungicides was the highest, followed by insectcides and foliage fertilizer was the last one. The NaCl suppressed the mycelium growth and the spores germination of VL18, the inhibition rate of mycelium growth and spores germination was 35.09% and 59.82% respectively.
