摘要
为探讨水杨酸对百日草植株抗热性的影响,采用叶面喷施的方法,研究了不同浓度水杨酸对40℃/30℃(d/n)下百日草幼苗热害状况、根系活力、叶片相对电导率及Pro、MDA含量的影响。试验结果表明:水杨酸可以显著降低百日草幼苗的热害指数,提高其恢复指数;增强根系活力;降低叶片的相对电导率和MDA含量;增加Pro含量。水杨酸处理可以缓解高温胁迫条件下百日草叶片膜脂过氧化作用,增加渗透调节物质的含量,增加百日草的耐高温性。隶属函数分析表明60mg·L-1水杨酸处理效果最好。
To discuss the feasibility of using SA to improve the high temperature tolerance of Zinnia elegans, an experiment was conducted for determining the Zinnia elegans heat tolerance, root valality, relative conductivity and MDA contents of seedlings by spraying. Plants were dealed with40℃/30℃(d/n). The results showed that the SA could reduce the heat damage indices and increase the recovery index remarkably, increase root valality, reduce relative conductivity and MDA contents, and increase Pro contents. The SA treatment could alleviate the membrane lipid per oxidation and increase osmotic regulatory metabolites contents, raise heat resistance. Values of subject function showed that 60mg·L-1 concentration is the best.
