摘要
本文基于心理学上的"罗森塔尔效应",分析其在认同、期待和鼓励大学生中的积极意义,从而构建师生间自我认同的话语体系,并进一步探讨"罗森塔尔效应"对高校学生工作管理的重要性。
Based on Rosenthal Effect'in psychology , the essay analyzed its positive sense in recog-nition, expectation and encouragement among university students , thus to construct verbal system between teachers and students and explore Rosenthal Effect's significance on student management .
