摘要
对山东某油田油泥砂物理性质及组成进行分析,通过制备加气混凝土砌块试验达到油泥砂资源化利用的目的。试验结果表明:以经过预处理后的油泥砂作为硅质材料制备成的加气混凝土砌块,其外观性能可达到GB/T 11968—2006《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》标准中密度等级B06,强度等级A5.0的要求。
The main physical property and components of oil-containing silt from an oilfield in Shandong were analyzed.The experimental results showed that using the pretreated oil-containing silt as silicon material for preparing autoclaved aerated concrete block was feasible.The performance of the prepared block can fully meet the requirements of B06 density class and A5.0 strength class of GB/T11968-2006 'Autoclaved Aaerated Concrete Block'.
