摘要
在当今历史条件下重申培养教师社会责任感有十分必要的意义。教师社会责任感就是教师对学生、教育事业、社会发展主体所承担的义务以及与之相应的自觉意识和价值观。本文主要从教师社会责任认知、教师社会责任情感、教师社会责任信念和意志、教师社会责任行动四方面分析如何培养教师的社会责任感问题。
It is necessary to reiterate the training of teachers' sense ot social responsibility,especially in current situation. Teachers' sense of social responsibility is that they should bear the obligation, con- sciousness and value in students, education, and social development. This paper focuses on how to foster teachers' sense of social responsibility, and then analyzes the cognition, emotion, will and faith, and ac- tion of teachers' sense of social responsibility.
