摘要
高校青年教师的创新活力是高校人才培养和科研发展的关键。通过调查广东省33所高校青年教师创新活力的现状和问题,结果发现,青年教师的创新思想、创新意愿、创新能力和创新方法不足,青年教师面临收入、住房、交通、医疗和子女就读等多重压力,受职称晋升、科研资助和办公条件困扰,在科研团队中归属感不够,受领导重视不足,行政人员服务不到位。针对高校青年教师创新活力的制约因素,从福利保障、科研激励、制度环境和组织关怀等方面,提出激发高校青年教师创新活力,促进高校青年教师健康成长的对策建议。
The innovative vigor of young teachers in college is key to talent training and academic productivity. Based on the investigation of factors influencing the innovative vigor of junior faculty in 33 colleges in Guangdong, this paper found that young teachers are lacking in innovative spirit, thinking, ideas, willingness, channels and methods. Young teachers are confronted with multiple pressures such as personal income, housing, transportation, medical care and off-spring education. Besides, they are generally faced with titles promotion, research grants and office conditions. In addition, young teachers are short of a sense of belonging and identity in the research team, and they receive inadequate attention by their leaders and administrative services. In connection with factors influencing the innovative vigor of young teachers, this paper put forward several suggestions for improving the innovative vigor and to promote the sustainable development of young teachers in terms of welfare, research stimulation, institutional environment and organizational concern.
