对加强高职院校学生职业素质培养工作的思考

强化学生职业素质培养工作,是学生自我全面发展的需要,也是高职院校突出办学特色和可持续发展的需要。学校应根据职业素质的内涵,结合学生自我发展的特点和教育教学的规律,不断探索改进教育教学工作的方式方法,应加强职业文化教育、职业心理教育、职业能力教育,建立完善的学生职业素质培养模式和保障机制,充分发挥教师为主导、学生为主体的作用,大力加强校园文化建设和校企合作培养人才的工作,将学生职业素质的培养贯穿于教育教学工作的全过程。

Strengthening vocational college students＇ professionalism is required by both the students＇ need for all-around personal development and the sustainable development of vocational colleges pursuing their special features. In accordance with the professional connotation of students＇ future profession and the pedagogical rules as well as students＇ personal needs, vocational colleges are expected to reform their teaching methods, improve the education of professional culture, professional psychology and professional skills, perfect the training patterns and quality guarantee mechanism of professional education. Teachers are expected to serve as guides, and students as centers, and the general goal of professional education should be aware of in the operation of all the teaching activities, and campus culture and college-enterprise cooperation should be constructed to ensure the quality of professional talents training.
