摘要
以某数控液压折弯机为研究对象,利用Pro/E建立三维模型,并确定折弯机载荷和约束的处理条件,应用ANSYS Workbench对折弯机进行强度和变形分析。通过分析得到折弯机的应力和变形分布情况,分析得到折弯机的薄弱部位;同时对有限元分析结果进行实验验证。经比较测量值与有限元分析值基本吻合,从而验证了强度和刚度分析的正确性,有限元建模方法合理。以分析结果作为参考,为进一步完善和优化折弯机结构提供了理论依据。
With the bending machine as the research object , using the Pro/Engineer of 3D design software,decide load and constraint conditions of the bending machine,based on the finite element theory and using the ANSYS Workbench, analyzed the strength and deformation of the bending machine. Through the analysis of the stress and deformation distribution of the bending machine, predict the weak parts of the bending machine. To verify the results of the finite element analysis, it turned out that the measured data are consistent with the analytical value, and verify the strength and stiffness analysis. These results provide a basis for optimizing structure design.
