多视角对竞技游泳项目体能训练的研究 被引量:4

摘要 文章重新理解了体能训练的概念,从多视角分析游泳项目体能训练的方法,并结合实际训练案例说明训练方法选择的合理性。研究结果认为,在游泳体能训练的过程中,要有较强的针对性,对每个训练手段、动作都要做多方面的观察分析,尽可能地使训练的动作接近专项技术,从而把体能训练的水平在专项上充分发挥。同时在训练手段上要多样化、兴趣化,防止单一枯燥。旨在使运动员的运动技术趋向于机械力学的合理性与能量代谢的化学性,从而为教练员训练提出一些合理化的建议。 This article reunderstand the concept of physical training, analysis method of swimming training from the multi angle, and combining the rationality of practical training case training method selection. The results of the study show that, in the process of swim- ming training, must have a strong targeted, to observation and Analysis on each long action training methods, training, as far as possible to make the action close to special technology, so as to give full play to the level of physical training in the special. At the same time, to the diversification of interest in training methods, to prevent a single boring. Chemical rationality and energy metabolism in order to make sports athletes tend to mechanical, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for coaches.
