摘要
自2010年1月希拉里?克林顿发表第一次"网络自由"的演讲时起,"网络自由"之争便成为国际社会交锋最激烈的话题之一。虽然美国人打着"人权"和"自由"的幌子去美化"网络自由"运动,但这不能掩盖"网络自由"之争作为美国"互联网控制权"争夺战组成部分的实质,更无法否认"网络自由"运动是美国在当前时代背景下所推行的全球新战略的重要一环。
Since Hilary Clinton delivered, in January 2013, her first speech regarding internet freedom, this issue has be- come one of the hottest topics in the world. Although Americans attempt to embellish the internet freedom as one part of the international human rights and freedom movements, it cannot cover up the truth that the essence of the present internet freedom movement is for contending the controlling power of the internet, and furthermore it is also one of the most important composi- tions of the current U.S. global strategy.
