摘要
提出了一种智能变电站继电保护输出信息分类原则。以功能应用为导向,将智能变电站继电保护输出信息分为事故类、保护动作类、异常与告警类、其他类等四大类信号,满足继电保护专业各种应用功能开发对继电保护输出信息的应用需求。在安徽电网多个继电保护专业系统的应用实践表明,该原则的应用有效提高了智能变电站继电保护输出信息的综合应用效率。研究结果在规范智能变电站继电保护信息输出、指导继电保护信息的应用等方面具有良好的工程实际意义。
A classification principle of power relay protection information for smart substations is proposed in this paper. In order to satisfy different special application requirements, the output information of relay protection is divided into four categories based on the function application, which are the fault class, the protection operation class, the abnormal and alarm class, and other signals. The practical application results in several Anhui power relay protection systems show that the classification principle can effectively improve the application efficiency of power relay protection information. Research results have a good significance in unifying the output of the relay protection information in smart substations and guiding its applications.
