摘要 按照"统一标准、统一流程、统一平台、统一公告、统一简历"的原则,遵循国家电网公司SG-ERP技术架构,搭建了一套旨在充分发挥国家电网公司品牌优势、进一步规范各单位招聘业务、提高协同运营效率、降低人才招聘成本的人力资源招聘平台。招聘平台经过2期的建设和完善提升,大大提高了招聘协同效率和招聘质量,缩短了招聘周期,统一了招聘业务流程。 According to the principles of unified standard, unified process, unified platform and unified resume, this paper describes a human resource recruitment platform using the SG-ERP technology framework. The platform aims at giving full play to the brand advantages of SGCC, further standardizing the recruitment business, improving the collaboration operation efficiency and reducing costs of talent recruitment. After two phases of construction and improvement, the platform has capacities of improving recruitment collaboration efficiency and quality, reducing the recruitment period, and unifying the recruitment business process.
