摘要
农村教育质量直接影响着城镇化发展的速度、水平,而提高农村教育质量的关键在于农村教师队伍的建设,然而当前农村教师队伍建设中仍存在不少问题。本文以福建省DH县为例,深入剖析农村教师队伍建设中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出构建城乡教育共同体、实施多元化的教师培训以及切合实际地改革农村学校人事制度等对策建议,以期更好地促进农村教师队伍的建设。
Rural education quality directly affects the speed and level of urbanization development. The key to the quality of rural education lies in the construction of rural teachers. However, many problems exist in current rural teaching staff. Taking Dehua County as an example, this paper studies the existing problems in the cultivation of rural teachers, and then puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the construction of rural teaching staff.
