摘要
本文根据健美操项目的特点和笔者多年训练的经验,探索和研究适合健美操训练疲劳恢复的手段和方法,目的在于促进健美操的科学训练,提高教练员队伍素质,提高运动员的身体机能和训练水平,加强自我保护和医务监督等,为健美操事业的发展作出贡献。
Relating to the features of aerobics and Practical training experiences, this paper studies the ways of aerobics training fatigue and recovery, aimed at promoting the aerobics scientific training, improving the quality of coaches and the body function and training level of the athletes, and strengthening the self protection and medical supervision, helping the development of the cause of aerobics.
