How the cloud computing technology is introduced in the SMS center system was studied, and combined with service characteristics of messages, a variety of different scheduling strategies were performed on cloud computing platform in order to achieve rational distribuliou business, to improve system utilization, to reduce cost, and the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
