摘要 体验式营销提供的不只是让顾客感受产品和服务,更是给顾客一种感觉,一种情绪上、体力上、智力上甚至精神上的体验。每个人都有圈子,既是产品的受用者,又是传播者,这就是社会化传播——口碑营销。将农产品引入到这个圈子里,利用电商这一手段来扩大市场,可以将生鲜农产品市场的雪球越滚越大。 Experiential marketing not only provides the enjoyment of products and services, but also give the customer a kind of feeling, emotion, physical, intellectual and spiritual experience. Everyone has their friend-circles, and everyone in the circle plays a role as both products consumer and information transmitter, which is the essence of word-of-mouth marketing. Using the means of e-commerce and friend-circles, fresh agricultural products markets can be greatly enlarged bigger and bigger like a snowball.
