摘要
指标构建是"美丽中国"评价的关键.从景观敏感性及景观功能尺度角度,提出了指标选取方法与原则,明确了景观敏感性评价思路,并以长株潭核心区为例,开展了基于主体功能分区背景下的评价指标权重实证研究.结果表明,不同主体功能区的景观功能指数存在明显差异,体现了景观功能的重要性及景观敏感性程度.一般开发区的景观功能指数为1.5,是主体功能区中数值最高的;优化和重点开发区的景观功能指数值最低,为0.39.
Index construction is a key problem in 'Beautiful China'evaluation system. The principles of evaluation index selection are proposed based on sensitivity and function measure of landscape. According to the case study in the core area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan,the indicators weight study in major functional areas was carried out. The results show that the indicator weight of different major functional areas is in different level of landscape. The maximum value of the landscape function in general development zone is 1. 5,and the minimum value of the landscape function in optimization and focus development zone is 0. 39.
