摘要
目的观察桃叶鸦葱对小鼠抗应激能力的影响。方法灌胃给予小鼠高、中、低剂量桃叶鸦葱提取物,采用耐寒实验、耐化学缺氧实验和小鼠游泳实验法及测定体内超氧化物歧化酶含量,评价桃叶鸦葱对小鼠抗应激能力的影响。结果桃叶鸦葱高、中、低剂量组均能使小鼠耐寒存活时间、缺氧存活时间和负重游泳存活时间显著延长,并能显著提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶含量。结论桃叶鸦葱有增强机体抗应激能力的作用。
Objective To study the anti-stress effect of Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch on mice. Methods The test of cold-resistant, anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue on mice was conducted, the effect on SOD in serum was determinated to evaluate the effect of anti-stress of Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch which was orally administered to mice at the dose of 100mg/10g, 200mg/10g and 400mg/10g. Results The results showed that Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch could significantly enhance the time of live under cold and hypoxia,and the time of swimming, significantly improve the activity of SOD. Conclusion Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch have the effect of enhancing the anti-stress ability of mice.
