摘要
目的探讨柴黄分散片的制备工艺。方法以崩解时限和溶出度为考察指标,采用正交设计试验方法 ,对微晶纤维素、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、微粉硅胶不同配比进行处方筛选。结果分散片在120 s内完全崩解,分散均匀度测定能通过2号筛网,体外溶出度优于普通片。结论本实验优化的柴黄分散片处方和工艺可行。
Objective To investigate the preparation method for ChaiHuang dispersible tablets.Methods Taking the disintegration ratio rate as index, examine different ratio of microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose sodium and powder silica of ChaiHuang dispersible tablets by the orthogonal design to select the formulation of ChaiHuang dispersible tablets. Results The dispersible tablets could be disaggregated in 120 seconds, the dispersible uniformity test proved that it could pass through No. 2 sieve. The dissolution rate of ChaiHuang dispersible tablets was much better than that of the ChaiHuang tablets. Conclusion The optimum technology of ChaiHuang dispersible tablets is feasible.
