云南光唇鱼人工繁殖与苗种培育初步研究 被引量:7

摘要 用野生成熟云南光唇鱼(Acrossocheilusyunnanensis)经注射催产激素后进行人工繁殖试验。结果表明:云南光唇鱼在乌江上游繁殖时间为5月,繁殖期水温为14~18℃。试验共催产雌性亲鱼41尾,成功产卵29尾,获卵37.9万粒。云南光唇鱼绝对怀卵量为10965~14389粒,平均13069粒,相对怀卵量29~95粒/g,平均34.8粒/g。受精卵在水温(15.0±0.5)℃,经135~149h孵化出膜,获初孵鱼苗13.9万尾,初孵鱼苗全长8~11mm。选用水蚯蚓作混合营养期开口饵料,采用两步转食法转食,经30d培育,获1.5~2.3cm鱼苗9.3万尾。其催产率、受精率、孵化率、鱼苗培育成活率分别为70.7%、62.1%、58.7%和66.9%。 Breeding experiment was conducted on wild mature Acrossocheilus with hormone oxytocin in advance. The results showed that the reproduction time yunnanensis f asciatus injected for Acrossoeheilus yunnanensis in the upper reaches of Wujiang river is May, with the water temperature being 14--18℃. 41 parent females" egg laying process was expedited, and 29 females succeeded in spawning, acquiring 37,9000 eggs. The absolute fecun- dity of Acrossocheilus yunnanensis was 10,965 --14,389, with an average egg and a relative fecundity of 29--95 egg/g,and 34.8 egg/g. The fertilized eggs were hatched in a water temperature of 15 ± 0. 5℃ for 135±149 hours, and 139,000 newly hacthced fries which were 8 --11mm long were obatianed. They were fed with water earthworms as the opening bait in mixed nourishment period with two-step food conversion method. After 30 days, 93,000 fries with an overall length of 1.5--2.3cm were aquried. The parturifacient rate, fertilized rate and hatching rate were 70.7G, 62.1%, and 58.7% respectively. And the fry breeding rate of survival was 66.9%.
