论保险公司合规管理的理念误区及其矫正

合规管理是市场经济的主要特征,也是保险企业稳健经营的重要条件。当前,我国保险行业在合规经营方面虽有很大提升,但仍然存在种种模糊观念,本文作者对此进行一一分析,并提出了矫正的方法。

Compliance management is the main characteristics of the market economy, and is also the im- portant condition of the steady and safe operations of insurance companies. At present, although the insurance in- dustry in China has been improved in the aspect of compliance management, there are still some fuzzy concepts, which are to be analyzed one by one in this paper, and corrective methods are put forward.
