摘要
本文从教育理论知识、专业课程知识、专业教学技能知识三方面来对职校教师的教学能力现状进行调查,并提出从新进教师职前培训和在职教师职后培训来提高教师的教学能力。
From three aspects of educational theory knowledge, professional course knowledge and profes- sional teaching skills to investigate the status of teaching ability, the paper puts forward some countermeasures of pre - service training teachers to the new and after training to the in - service teachers to improve the teachers' teaching ability.
