高效液相色谱法测定强力脑心康口服液中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

Determination of TanshinoeⅡA in Qiangli Naoxinkang Oral Solution by HPLC

目的:建立测定强力脑心康口服液中丹参酮ⅡA的含量方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:采用Phenomenex LUNA-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈∶水(68∶32),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:270 nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在0.042-0.84 mg/mL浓度范围内有良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD%为1.84%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于强力脑心康口服液中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Tanshinoe ⅡA in Qiangli Naoxinkang Oral Solution. Methods： The HPLC system consisted of the Phenomenex LUNA-C18（4.6 mm×250mm,5μm）column; the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile（68）-water（32）; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the column temperature was 30℃; The UV detector was set at 270 nm. Results： The linear response range was 0.042-0.84 mg/ml（r=0.9999）. The average recovery of Tanshinoe ⅡA was 98.9%, and RSD%=1.84%. Conclusions： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of Tanshinoe ⅡA in Qiangli Naoxinkang Oral Solution.
