芩连解毒胶囊的定性定量标准研究

Study on Qualitative andQuantitative Method for Qin-lian Jie-du Capsules

目的:制订芩连解毒胶囊定性定量方法。方法:采用TLC法对方中黄芩、黄连、黄柏进行鉴别;采用HPLC谱法测定黄芩苷的含量,以Phenomenex Luna C18柱为色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),甲醇-水-磷酸(48∶52∶0.2)[1]为流动相,流速为0.9 mL·min-1,检测波长为277 nm。结果:黄芩、黄连、黄柏可用薄层色谱鉴别,黄芩苷在0.109-0.987μg·mL-1内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)为102.9%。结论:方法快速简便,准确,重复性好,可用于芩连解毒胶囊质量的全面评价。

Objective： To establish qualitative and quantitative methods for Qin-lian Jie-du capsules. Methods： Scutellariae Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis cortex were identified by TLC. HPLC method was used to determine the content of the Baicalin in Qin-lian Jie-du capsules. The condition of HPLC was as fellows： Phenomenex Luna C,s （4.6 mm×200mm,5μm）, as column methanol-0.2%phosphoricacid （48：0.2%）as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.9 mL·min-I; the detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results： Scutellariae Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis cortex could be identified by TLC; Good linearity was obtained from 0.109 to 0.987 μg·mL-1 for Baicalin. The average recovery was 102.9%（n=6）.Conclusion： The method was simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of Qin-lian Jie-du capsules.
