健心平律丸对持续性及永久性房颤患者心脏重构的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察健心平律丸对持续性及永久性心房颤动(房颤)患者左房室结构重构的影响。方法:将80例持续性或永久性房颤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予华法林及琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,治疗组予华法林、琥珀酸美托洛尔及健心平律丸治疗,12个月后观察患者心脏左房室构型的变化。结果:两组左房内径(LA)、左室舒张末期内径(LVIDd)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)及左室质量指数(LVMI)均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组上述指标较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);两组治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)、室间隔厚度(IVST)均无明显变化。结论:健心平律丸可改善持续性和永久性房颤患者心脏结构重构。 Objective: To observe the effect of jianxinpinglv pills on persistent and permanent atrial fibrillation (AF) in patients with left atrial ventricular structure reconstruction. Methods: The 80 cases of patients with persistent and permanent a- trial fibrillation were random divided into treatment and control groups; patients were treated with warfarin, metoprolol succi- nate and jianxinpinglv pills in treatment group, and warfarin plus metoprolol succinate in control group. The changes of heart structure was observed inl2 months. Results: The left atrial diameter (LA), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVIDd), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) decreased significantly both in two groups (P〈0.05); After treatment, treatment group showed higher the decrease of the above index than the control group (P〈0.05), and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and interventricular septal thickness (IVST) did not change significantly in two groups. Conclusion: Jianxinpinglv pills can improve cardiac structural remodeling in atrial fibrillation patients persistent and permanent atrial.
