摘要 目的:建立裸花紫珠中鞣质含量测定的方法。方法:以没食子酸为对照品,采用分光光度法测定裸花紫珠中鞣质含量,用磷钼钨酸试液显色后,于760 nm测定供试品溶液中总酚和不被吸附的多酚的吸光值,标准曲线法求得鞣质含量。结果:本方法在1.082-10.82μg/mL线性范围内吸光度与鞣质含量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991,n=6),平均回收率为97.69%,RSD%为1.96%,n=6。结论:该方法简单易行,结果可靠,可用于裸花紫珠中鞣质的含量测定。 Objective: To establish a method of determination of Tannin in Callicarpa nudiflora. Methods: Determination of Tannin in Callicarpa nudiflora was used the gallic acid by UV spectrophtometric method. Tannin was colored by phospho- molybdic acid. Absorbency of total phenolics and unadsorbed polyphenols was determined at 760 nm respectively. Content of tannin was detected by standard curve method with the difference of the absorbency. Results: The absorbency of Tannin was linear within the range of 1.082-10.82 μg/mL (r=0.9991, n=6); the average recovery was 97.69%, and RSD% was 1.96%, n= 6. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable. It can be use to determine tannin in Callicarpa nudiflora.
