本文主要介绍了优化轧制规程在美国 Citisteel钢厂四辊精轧机上的应用情况 ,包括 Citisteel轧机的基本情况和生产状况 ,旨在为我国中厚板轧机的改造提供一些有益的参考 ,优化轧制规程在 Citisteel成功应用的主要原因是规程的合理优化 ,高精度的弹跳方程 ,钢厂严格的管理体制 ,本文主要对前两个方面进行了论述。
Optimized Schedules have been employed in Citisteel 4-high plate mill with excellent success.The work underlining the success is the schedules optimizing,spring formula with high accuracy and pass to pass self-adaptation correction for the presetting points.
