摘要
建立了一种液液萃取-气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱联用(GC-MS/MS )测定水中阿特拉津的检测方法。水中阿特拉津分别在中性、碱性、酸性条件下经二氯甲烷萃取,定量浓缩后,经色谱柱分离,采用多重反应监测模式(MRM)进行定性和定量分析,以外标法定量。水样体积为1 L时,方法检出限为0.05μg/L,在一定浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系。在所添加的三个浓度水平下,方法回收率为83.3%~97.6%。结果表明:该方法快速、灵敏、选择性及精密度较高,适合水环境中痕量阿特拉津的检测。
A new method combining Liquid-liquid Extraction ! Gas Chromatography ! Tandem Mass Spectrom-etry triple quadrupole was established to detect atrazine in water.Atrazine was set in neutral,acid,and alkaline environment.Dichloromethane was used to extract atrazine out of different environments.After atrazine was con-densed,it was separated by colum.Finally,multiple reaction monitoring (MRM)was employed to detect atrazine quantitatively after the end of pretreatment process.The detection limit was 0.05μg/L when the volume of water sample was one liter.A close linear relationship was found in a certain concentration range.The recovery rate of the method can reach 83.3%~97.6%under three concentration conditions.This new method was simple and sen-sitive to detect trace atrazine in water with high selectivity and accuracy.
