心理干预对分裂症患者陪护家属的心理影响

Research of Influence of Psychological Intervention on Schizophrenic Patients' Family Members

通过对精神分裂症患者陪护家属的心理状况的调查及分析,研究心理干预方法对精神分裂症患者家属心理健康的影响。将精神分裂症患者陪护家属分成实验组和对照组,分别在实施心理干预前、后对其心理健康状况进行调查,并将实验组及对照组的调查结果与干预前进行比较。通过健康知识讲座、心理咨询与辅导及参与患者作疗活动等方式对患者陪护家属实验组进行心理干预后,其心理健康状况得到明显改善;未实施心理干预的对照组则几乎没有变化。试验结果表明:对精神分裂症患者陪护家属实施科学的心理干预,可以有效地促进其心理健康发展,提高其心理健康水平。

Objective： Researching the mental health influence of psychological intervention on schizophrenic patients＆#39;family members by investigating and analyzing the psychological conditions of the schizophrenic pa-tients＆#39;family members.Methods： The family members of the schizophrenic patients were divided into the ex-perimental group and the control group firstly ,and then their mental health status was surveyed before and af-ter psychological intervention respectively .The survey results of the two groups after psychological intervention were compared with those of before psychological intervention .Results：After such psychological intervention activities as giving health lectures , psychological consultation and guidance and participating in patients＆#39;treat-ment,the patients＆#39;mental health was improved significantly ,while the mental condition of the control group without psychological intervention scarcely changed .Conclusion：Experiment results shows that the mental health of schizophrenic patients＆#39;family members can be promoted and their psychological health can be im-proved effectively by implementing scientific psychological intervention .
