医学专科生自主性学习现状调查分析

摘要 为了树立成人教育理念,强化学校、教师、学生的责任,通过调查某医学院专科生自主性学习情况,探讨了自主性学习的必要性。自制调查问卷,对某医学院47名专科生的自主性学习自我认知及教师指导情况进行调查研究。结果为:85.1%的学生认为过去的学习为被动学习,66%的学生认为教师未明确指导学生自主学习的目的、计划和内容等。因此,促进医学生增强自主学习能力很有必要,建议从教与学2个方面来开展自主学习,同时需建立完善的自主学习模式与监督机制。 In order to build up the adult education concept and strengthen the responsibility of the school , teachers and students,medical graduates'autonomous learning,was investigated to discuss the necessity of au-tonomous learning.The questionnaire was made to investigate 47 students'self-cognition and teachers'guid-ance in one medical school .85 .1% of the students held that the previous study was passive ,66% argued that teachers didn't give them clear guidance about the purpose , plan and content of students'autonomous learning Therefore it is necessary to promote the medical students'autonomous learning.It is suggested that autonomous learning mode should be developed from teaching and learning and at the same time the autono-mous learning mode and supervision mechanism must be established .
