摘要
马钢2500m^3高炉生产6年7个月后,炉腹、炉身下部的冷却壁和炉腰冷却板损坏严重,计划休风16天进行更换。2000年12月6日高炉休风,到20日高炉复风,共用14天半时间,成功地更换了炉腹及其以上4段冷却壁和炉腰1段冷却板。为延长高炉寿命,采用了遥控喷补造衬技术,对风口以上部位进行了喷补造衬。
The bosh cooling stave and belly plate of Maanshan Steel's 2 500 m3 BF were seriously damaged after six years and seven months since blowing-in. It took 14. 5 days from blast furnace blowing-out on 6th, December to blast furnace blowing-in on 20th,December, 2000 to replace 4 rows cooling stave above bosh and 1 row belly plate . Technique of remote control spraying lining was adopted in order to prolong blast furnace campaign.
