摘要
采用尿素包合法对由棉籽油异构化所制备产品中的共轭亚油酸进行富集,研究得到了最佳的富集条件为m(混合脂肪酸)∶m(尿素)∶V(乙醇)=1∶1.4∶5.6,包合温度为0℃,包合时间为10h.在此条件下,共轭亚油酸的含量可由56%提高到82%左右.
Enrichment of conjugated linoleic acid from isomerization products of cotton oil based on urea adduction fractionation was investigated in this paper. The results indicated the optimum conditions were as follows： the ratio of mixed fatty acid to urea to 95 % ethanol 1 ： 1.4： 5.6 （ W： W： V ）, temperature 0 ℃, time 10 hours. Under these conditions, the purity of conjugated linoleic acid was increased from 56.0% to about 82%.
